Scope of work
Every engagement is defined by a written proposal. Work outside that proposal is quoted separately before it begins.
Payments
Projects are typically invoiced in stages. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
Revisions
Each stage includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.
