If you cancel before a project stage starts, any advance for that stage is refunded in full.
Work in progress
Where a stage is partially complete, we invoice for the work delivered and refund the balance.
Completed work
Fees for delivered and approved work are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email us with your project reference. We respond to refund requests within five business days.
